Mutual fund companies participating in the StAR Program have agreed to pay Orion shareholder servicing fees which will be credited against the Orion fees charged to its registered investment advisor clients. The amount of the shareholder servicing fees is determined by the participating mutual fund company and is calculated and paid quarterly based on the average daily balance of assets held by each Orion client in a participating mutual fund company. The amount of the credit will appear on the Orion invoice to its registered investment advisor clients.
