In addition to taking over the bulk of trade reconciliation duties, the Orion team works with your staff on daily, monthly, and quarterly intervals to audit and improve the quality of your data.

ADVISORY FEE BILLING

Orion can calculate management fees based on your firm’s fee schedules according to a number of calculations, and can also streamline the billing, payment, and invoicing processes. Using your predefined fee schedules, our system generates fee lists that are ready to upload to your clients’ custodians, speeding fee collection. Once fees have been collected, our payable summary reports make it easy to compensate representatives. And the task of invoicing clients is simplified, with invoice reports automatically posted on your web portal and included as the last page of your statements.

Your Account Manager will be your single point of contact for all questions and concerns related to our platform, and will dedicate time to learning about your business, and will work with the Orion team to connect you to the tools you need. They will hold a monthly teleconference with your firm to discuss current issues, future needs, and areas for improvement. By working with a single point of contact, you can be confident that your requests will be handled efficiently and to your satisfaction.
