There are several key steps and responsibilities for both Orion and the Advisor to ensure quarterly reports are created and mailed in a timely fashion each quarter. This 30 minute training session will review the end-to-end process of quarterly performance reporting, including:
*A review of the data responsibilities for both Orion and the Advisor
*Options available for the report format and how the data is reported
*Statement delivery methods and archiving

Orion has added a new section on the website titled “My Portal.” The focus of this new section is on the communication and service needs of the Advisor. During this 30 minute session, we will review all functionality found under the new “My Portal” section of the website, which includes:
*Existing functionality with the Report Inbox and Secure Exchange
*The Orion Wall used for posting and receiving messages
*A Secure documents area to store, maintain, and share documents with others in a “read-only” fashion
*The Service Center where advisors can create and access requests sent to their service team, and research solutions to their questions

The Activity Summary section is found in a few of Orion’s reports, including the Quarterly Performance Evaluation. How the transaction activity is reported in the account, as well as the section options directly affect the reporting under the Activity Summary. During this 30 minute session, we will discuss:

*How various transaction types affect the Activity Summary
*Various ways advisors use this section to meet their reporting needs
